What this site collects, why, and what happens to it. It is short because the site does very little.
A Bahasa Malaysia version of this notice is required by section 7(3) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and is not yet published. It needs a professional translation, not a machine one, and this page will carry both.

What is collected
Only what you type into the enquiry form: a description of the load, where it collects, where it goes, when it is needed, your name, and a phone number or an email address. There is no account, no newsletter and no tracking pixel.
Why
To quote for the job you asked about and to reply to you. Nothing collected here is used for anything else, and your details are not passed on or sold.
What is stored in your browser
If you start filling in the enquiry form and leave, a draft of what you typed is kept in your own browser under okaya:enquiry-draft so it is still there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you press send, and it is deleted the moment the form is submitted. Clearing your browser data removes it. This site sets no cookies.
How long an enquiry is kept
Not yet stated. This will say a period once OKAYA has set one, rather than a figure chosen to fill the paragraph.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address above and it will be dealt with.
Children
This is a commercial haulage site and is not directed at children.
